  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement
  • This timeframe ensures we can properly process your cancellation before production begins
  • After 6 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please:

  1. Email support@jeepskill.com immediately
  2. Include in your email:
    • Your Order Number
    • Full Name as used in the order
    • Reason for cancellation
    • Contact information

Processing Times

  • Cancellation requests are processed within 1-2 business hours
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days

Important Notes

Before Production

  • Full refund available
  • No cancellation fee applied
  • Immediate order stop

After Production Begins

  • Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled
  • Please refer to our Return Policy for options after production
  • Custom-designed items cannot be returned unless defective

Refund Information

For successfully cancelled orders:

  • Original payment method will be refunded
  • Full purchase amount including taxes
  • Shipping fees are refunded if applicable
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days for refund to appear
