Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement
- This timeframe ensures we can properly process your cancellation before production begins
- After 6 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled
How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please:

Processing Times
- Cancellation requests are processed within 1-2 business hours

Before Production
- Full refund available
- No cancellation fee applied
- Immediate order stop
After Production Begins
- Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled
- Please refer to our Return Policy for options after production
- Custom-designed items cannot be returned unless defective

- Original payment method will be refunded
- Full purchase amount including taxes
- Shipping fees are refunded if applicable
